The GS-14 salary range starts at $121,316 per year.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience applying a comprehensive knowledge of agency/organizational policies and programs to develop, manage or implement internal and external communications programs and/or strategies; utilize complex analytical techniques to assess program development and execution; cultivate high level customer/client relationships; and implement strategic regional and national organizational goals.
