Michigan’s Chief Growth Officer Hilary Doe stomped the NYC pavement to spread the word about Michigan’s population growth strategy and tout the state’s work to retain and attract talent. She also represented MEDC’s Talent Action Team (TAT) at the Fast Company Most Innovative Companies gala, giving a rousing speech that caught the ear of many interested businesses. The TAT was recognized for its approach to filling Michigan’s talent pipeline in critical, in-demand career fields, filling more than 2,400 roles since its inception last year.
