Electronic Pollbook Certification Information
Pursuant to Texas Election Code 31.014, our office has the authority to develop procedures and standards for the certification of electronic pollbook systems used in Texas elections and to assess vendors of electronic pollbook systems for compliance with those standards and with the requirements of the Texas Election Code.
