CONCURRENT SESSIONS PRESENTER INFORMATION

2020 Virtual Professional Development Institute

VAST needs you! Share your good ideas! Submit a concurrent session proposal for the 2020 PDI.

Before opening the presentation proposal form you will need:

• Name, professional affiliation, email address, phone number for each presenter, if giving more than one presentation, title(s) of those other presentations

o maximum of 4 presenters per session

o all of the above information is required for each presenter

• Only proposals for pre-recorded presentations are being accepted at this time.

• Presentation title

o maximum of 60 characters and spaces

• Presentation description for the PDI program.

o maximum of 500 characters and spaces

o this is what attendees will see in the program

• Further information for the PDI committee to evaluate your presentation proposal

o maximum of 500 characters and spaces

The online proposal submission form for late submissions is open until August 24.  Only pre-recorded presentations can be accepted.  All slots for live presentations are filled.

The PDI committee will review all proposals. Presenters will be notified by August 31 regarding their submission.

All presenters must be registered and paid by October 1 to be included in the final program.  

A commercial presenter must also be registered as an exhibitor and pay the $150.00 per session fee in addition to the standard commercial exhibit fee.

A non-profit exhibitor does not pay the $150.00 per session fee but must be registered as a non-profit exhibitor.
