Following the implementation of social distancing for staff, Box Office telephone service will also be reduced to 10am–2pm, Monday to Friday, from Wednesday 25 March 2020.

Theatre Severn continues to liaise with visiting producers to reschedule selected forthcoming performances where possible. A full list of confirmed programme alterations can be found here.

Ticketholders for any cancelled or rescheduled performances will be contacted directly in due course with further information. Refunds or credits will be offered where shows are cancelled or if ticketholders are unable to attend rescheduled dates.

To allow the Box Office to prioritise audiences for events in the immediate future between now and Sunday 3 May 2020, ticketholders for events beyond this date are asked not to contact the Box Office at this time, and to await further advice in due course.

The teams at Theatre Severn and the Old Market Hall are hugely grateful for the patience, understanding and well wishes they have received, and continue to work hard behind the scenes to ensure they are ready to welcome audiences again when safe to do so.

We strongly encourage all residents to follow the Government guidelines on staying at home and social distancing.  Please also keep up-to-date with the latest Government news and advice at gov.uk/coronavirus
