What exactly is eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA)? Opportunities to do business with the State are all advertised on our e-procurement platform, the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage, better known as eMMA. Vendors who want to compete in this arena must register (for free) on the system in order to receive solicitation notices, obtain detailed information of contracting opportunities, submit bids, and obtain bid results.
