The Washington SBDC and Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) invite you to attend a webinar about the new overtime rules that have gone into effect as of July 1. The changes update the exemptions for executive, administrative, and professional workers, as well as outside salespeople and computer professionals.

In this webinar, you will learn about the updates, including changes to the job duties tests for each exemption category and the minimum salary threshold an exempt employee must earn to qualify for exemption from the protections of the state Minimum Wage Act.

Registration and Fees (IF ANY): Payment of seminar fees may be made by check or money order. No credit card information can be accepted by email, fax, over the phone or at the event. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event.

Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please contact the conference organizer listed above. Refunds of 90% can be issued if canceled at least 5 days in advance. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is canceled, all fees will be returned.

Photographs: Photos taken during training may be used by SBDC for promotional purposes. Please inform the SBDC personnel onsite OR email training@wsbdc.org with the class information to request photos that include you not be publicized.
