New Healthwatch Tower Hamlets launched

Healthwatch Tower Hamlets is your health and social care champion. If you use GPs, hospitals, dentists, pharmacies, care homes or other support services, we want to hear about your experiences. We have the power to make sure NHS, social care and other leaders and decision makers listen to your feedback and improve standards of care. We also help people to find reliable and trustworthy information and advice.

YVHSC are experienced providers of Healthwatch, Carer, SEND, Mental Health and engagement services in London. We will be working with Healthwatch Tower Hamlets staff and committee to ensure a smooth transfer, enabling local people to continue to access the service as normal.

We will be:

• Putting more dedicated officers on the ground for increased face to face community engagement
• Delivering an ambitious Enter & View programme
• Visiting health and social care services daily to gather up to date patient experience feedback
• Carrying out detailed research studies around health and social care services and topics

Every resident should expect the same high level of service and we will be engaging with the community to see how we can improve upon it.
