Need Help Convincing Your Supervisor (or Yourself)?
Check out these top reasons to bolster your case for attending this year's AWSP/WASA Summer Conference. We even have a sample email to send your leadership team.
Many school districts also have TPEP 664 funds that can be used to pay for Summer Conference registration and travel. Utilize these typically unused funds to remove the financial burden of conference. With budget cuts coming for many districts in 2024, removing cost inhibitions is another excellent point to make to your leadership team.
Housing
You must first register for the conference to gain access to the hotel room block links. Details will be provided in your registration confirmation. (Note: This is NOT a Hoopfest year.) Please call the hotels directly with any questions or concerns regarding reservations. (Visit Spokane is not handling reservations this year.) If you have trouble securing a room reservation through one of our hotel partners, email Kim Marquette.
