A federal judge has dismissed an environmental lawsuit against a 24,000-acre logging and restoration project in Washington state, rejecting arguments it was inadequately analyzed by national forest officials.

In 2022, the U.S. Forest Service authorized the Twisp Restoration Project in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, which includes more than 8,000 acres of commercial logging and nearly 13,000 acres of vegetation thinning.
