Waiting times

Initial telephone assessment: is typically within 6-weeks of when you were referred. If you have used other mental health services it may be slightly longer so we can gather information and make sure we are the best service to help you.

Treatment

If, following assessment, we feel iCOPE could be a helpful service for you there would be a further wait for treatment. This wait can vary depending on the treatment option you choose. It could take a few weeks to several months for you to receive treatment.

Please be mindful that most of our appointments are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
