Our speaker, Charles Plott will explore the components of good decision making, the role of bias, introduce the group to Axiology (the science of values), explain how judgment can be measured, developed, and shaped to meet the needs of growing companies. He will explain the difference between judgment and personality.  He will identify pitfalls leaders can fall into and how to avoid those.
