Oregonians’ wallets are feeling lighter at the gas pump.

Fuel prices in Portland this week hit their highest level in close to a decade. The price for a gallon of regular gas in Portland was $3.98, according to AAA, while the statewide price hit $3.934 – the fourth-highest rate nationally.
