About the Event

In 2020 the Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association (GLREA) started an on-line weekly series of events on Zoom, that discusses a broad range of topics pertaining to renewable energy.  We have three types of Events:  Solar Stories where a Member of GLREA discusses a solar or geothermal energy system they had installed at their home or business in Detroit, Ann Arbor or some other location in Michigan;  Clean Energy Seminars where a Member or Guest of GLREA discusses a renewable energy policy or efforts to to enact new policies and Energy Q & A which is an open discussion where GLREA Members or any interested person can ask questions, share concerns and learn from each other about any topic pertaining to energy or renewable energy.

To get on the email list to be notified of each weeks topic, just press RSVP and sign up.

We record every event and they are placed on the GLREA YouTube page.  To see past events Click Here.

Everyone is welcome to join us on these Thursday Night Energy Events and these events are free of charge!  But we do encourage all non-members to become a member of GLREA and support our work.  Dues begin at $30 per year and you can deduct this from your federal taxes because GLREA is a non-profit organization.  To become a Member click here Join GLREA and then scroll down and click on the yellow 'Become a Member' button and follow the directions.

Thanks for your support and I look to see you at our next Thursday Night Event!
