NETCCN Brief Overview
The National Emergency Tele-Critical Care Network project (or NETCCN – rhymes with “Jetson”) addresses a critical problem for COVID healthcare: there is a shortage of critical care trained clinicians. NETCCN is an evolving network of clinical care teams that provide expert medical advice to anyone who needs it, wherever they may be, using network enabled mobile devices such as – cell phones, tablets, computers.
Fundamentally, NETCCN is designed to be easy to use and readily available. It can help with:
NETCCN is staffed by critical care experts from around the country, but there are also opportunities for healthcare workers, especially those who may be isolated or quarantined but still able to work, to volunteer their support.
The NETCCN solutions are HIPAA compliant, cyber secure applications downloadable on iOS or Android phones or tablets.
