What I like: 1-So far I haven't had the login issues other users have so that's better than the 7 steps needed on the MyHealtheVet app. 2-I can refill my prescriptions. What I don't like and why I probably won't use this app: 1-I HATE haptic feedback which is a sensory thing for me, and there is no option to disable it. 2-no access my records or lab results. 3-Messages say I have 6 unread messages, but I can't find them. 4-I have a trash folder but I can't delete or move messages to trash folder

I'm very grateful the VA has at least made the attempt to have an app like this for veterans. However, there is much to be improved especially when it comes to Veterans with diminished visual acuity. sometimes the app requires you to literally log in it doesn't times just to get in. Sometimes the app doesn't work for days at a time. The messaging portion still functions as poorly as Windows 95. At least we have something but this app certainly needs lots of improvement!

Can't view medical records no more! This is very important for lab results! Also, can no longer view medication on order status. Mistakes get made & it's vital I am able to check the status of a medication Also, when trying to view medical records is wants to take me to the old login & sends me a verification code. NeitherText or phone-call method work! It would have been nice if this new app was completed & had everything the old one had before we went to the new system! This is a disservice!!!
