The GS-14 base salary range starts at $92.997 per year. Locality Pay will be added after selection.
The location of this position is negotiable after selection. The incumbent may be selected for one of the following duty stations that are GSA Regional or National Offices: Washington, DC; Boston, MA; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Kansas City, MO; Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Auburn, WA.
This position is not a Full-Time Telework position.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Qualifying specialized experience is experience in commercial or Federal real estate portfolio management performing asset and portfolio analysis, capital investment planning, long and short-term portfolio management strategy development, and asset deployment.
Bargaining Unit status: NFFE
Relocation-related expenses are not approved and will be your responsibility.
On a case-by-case basis, the following incentives may be approved:
