“Self-Report on Identification and Services for Students Who Are Gifted” due Aug. 26

Ohio law requires school districts to complete annually the “Self-Report on Identification and Services for Students Who Are Gifted.” The reporting tool now is available in the Gifted Education Monitoring application through the OH|ID Portal. This required report asks school districts to share information related to district practices, programming and policies for gifted education. It also supplies information the Department uses to develop resources and professional development related to gifted education. The report is due no later than Aug. 26. Directions for accessing and submitting the gifted self-report through the OH|ID Portal are on the Department website. Contact gifted@education.ohio.gov with questions.
