Community Meetings
In 2023, Panattoni participated in a series of summer neighborhood meetings hosted by local community members to collaborate on the future uses of the Phillip Road Site. Following those meetings, Panattoni embarked on a new plan for the Phillip Road site.
In April 2024, Panattoni held two Open Houses to introduce the new Balanced Plan to the community. Summaries from each of these meetings can be found below.
