About this event

DOMESTIC ABUSE has a devastating impact on individuals & their families.

Employers play a huge role in supporting victims of domestic abuse by creating a safe space in the workplace.

86% of HR Leads agree they have a duty of care to provide support to employees on the issue of domestic abuse. However, only 5% of organisations reported to have a specific policy or guidelines in place on the issue. (The Vodafone Foundation, 2018)

The cost of domestic abuse to businesses is estimated at £1.9 billion per year due to decreased productivity, time off work and sick pay (Walby, 2009).

Join our Domestic Abuse Awareness Workshop to create that vital safe and supportive workplace for staff and clients.

This workshop is for Businesses and Organisations of all sizes, employers, HR professionals, line managers and front-facing staff working in Milton Keynes.

Please Note: These domestic abuse awareness training sessions are for non-council workplaces in Milton Keynes (MK)
