Devon & Cornwall Police: Community Resilience Fund

Devon and Cornwall Police are aiming to build more resilient communities, help support vulnerable people and reduce policing demand in Devon, Cornwall, Plymouth and Isles of Scilly by funding not-for-profit organisations and community groups through Crowdfunder. This means that you must set up a Crowdfunding project, raise 25% of your initial target by collecting donations and then you can be eligible for match funding of up to 50% of what you’ve raised (up to £5,000).

The organisation must be associated with one or more of the following outcomes:

  • supporting vulnerable people
  • tackling social isolation
  • building local capacity and resilience
  • supporting community safety (and in so doing, result in the reduction of demand on frontline emergency services)
  • demonstrate added benefit for the county, for example using local providers or developing the skills of local people

*At least 75% of the people benefiting from your project should live in Devon, Plymouth, Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly.
