As an Appraiser, you will oversee the appraisal of Public Buildings Services's owned inventory for asset valuation and rental rate setting purposes.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $121,316 per year.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience preparing, reviewing and analyzing complex and varied real estate appraisals of industrial, commercial and multi purpose properties.
SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR (SPF): In addition to the qualification requirements listed above, you must also meet the following SPF, which has been identified as:
