Summer Camp Fairfax 2025 Registration to Open in March with Staggered Enrollment Dates
Summer Camp Fairfax registration will open on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, using a staggered registration process. Enrollment will be available alphabetically by the Camp Fairfax elementary school and/or community center name. Families wishing to request services at multiple sites will need to request services during the applicable enrollment dates for each desired location.
Effective for Camp Fairfax 2024, all families, including those previously enrolled and/or waitlisted for Camp Fairfax services, will need to register each year for their desired Camp Fairfax school-based or community-center based location and weekly sessions.

- By phone: Families may call 703-449-8989. Phone lines will open at 8 a.m. and are open Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., except holidays.
- Online:
- Online Registration is available through SACC Registration Online. Families new to the SACC/Camp Fairfax program can access SACC Registration Online at https://sems.dynaxys.com/pa/unsecured/application/applicationHome.xhtml to create an account. If you do not currently have an account and wish to create one, please note it may take up to 5 days for your account to become active. Once your account is active, you may submit a request for services beginning at 8 a.m. on the registration date of your desired school or community center location. Registration dates are staggered alphabetically by the Camp Fairfax elementary school and/or community center name.
- Families with an existing SACC account may login beginning at 8 a.m. on the registration date of your desired school or community center location and request services for Camp Fairfax 2024 weekly sessions. Please do not log in to the system prior to 8 a.m. If you are in the system prior to that time, you will need to refresh your browser.
- If you have an account but have not logged into your account recently, please login at least one week prior to the enrollment date to ensure you remember your password and can access your online account. If you are locked out of your account or need assistance to reset your password, please do not create an additional account. Please call SACC Registration at 703-449-8989.

- SACC provides fun, safe and educational care for children in kindergarten-sixth grade.
- SACC’s School Year program offers before and after school services in most Fairfax County public elementary schools.
- SACC also operates full-day winter, spring and summer programs at consolidated sites throughout the county during the FCPS school breaks.
- Children with special needs are fully included in all SACC centers. In addition, SACC programs at Key and Kilmer Centers serve children and youth, ages 5-21, with multiple types of disabilities.
- SACC is available to families who reside in Fairfax County or the City of Fairfax, and serves children in kindergarten through sixth grade, as well as children and youth ages 5 - 21 participating at Key and Kilmer Centers.
- Children must be at least 5 years of age on or before September 30th of the school year for which you are requesting services.
- Employment is not required for SACC program eligibility.
