Modifies provisions relating to protections for providers of and individuals receiving reproductive and gender-affirming health care services. Creates crime of interfering with a health care facility. Punishes by maximum of 364 days' imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. Declares emergency, effective on passage https://olis.oregonlegislature.gov/liz/2023R1/Measures/Overview/HB2002 Gun bills: Where am I at on all of these? We haven't even finished litigating Measure 114, that is not finished. Why don't we wait until 114 gets through the court and then we can make decisons about how we want to go forward on gun bills. There is one bill that essentially would implement Measure 114. This doesn't make any sense to do this while there is a legal battle still going on. I say stay away from any kind of decision on anything that is going to influence anything on guns.
