Based on current COVID-19 trends, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is planning for the federal Public Health Emergency (PHE) for COVID-19, declared under Section 319 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, to expire at the end of the day on May 11, 2023. Our response to the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 remains a public health priority.
This Vaccine Confidence Toolkit is designed for use by rural organizations and community groups, educators, and healthcare providers in clinics and schools. You and your organization or community group can download the following graphics and add your organization’s contact information to them.

This COVID-19 vaccine social media toolkit serves the following goals:
- Create a cohesive, clear, understandable message promoting COVID-19 vaccine resources for Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishing (AFF) workers.
- Increase engagement on farm safety and health social media platforms.
- Disseminate resources about the COVID-19 vaccine for AFF workers.
How to use this toolkit:
- Change cover photo on Facebook.
- Change your cover photos on Facebook and/or Twitter.
- Change your profile photos on Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter.
- Reach out to local, state, and national media outlets to share information about the campaign.
- Publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter.
If using a resource from another organization, make sure to tag the organization in the post. Consider translating posts into languages common to your region, including Spanish.
