Our economic expansion and positive outlook for the future have kept prospect activity high. Here some of companies that have recently announced their move or expansion in the state of Texas.
Crystal Window & Door Systems in Mansfield: Crystal Window & Door Systems, Ltd. is growing in Texas with a new advanced manufacturing facility and regional corporate headquarters in Mansfield. The project is expected to create more than 500 new jobs and $121 million in capital investment. A Texas Enterprise Fund grant of $3,150,000 was extended to the company, in addition to a $15,000 Veteran Created Job Bonus.
FreshRealm in Lancaster: FreshRealm will open a new $10.5 million facility in Lancaster, creating more than 112 new jobs. A Texas Enterprise Fund grant of $672,000 was extended to the company, in addition to a $15,000 Veteran Created Job Bonus.
Coca-Cola in Fort Worth and Houston: Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages plans to ramp up production and double its warehouse space in Fort Worth, representing a $168 million capital investment. The company also expanded in Houston, investing more than $250 million on a recently opened plant.
Rich Products in Brownsville: Rich Products will expand its manufacturing facility in Brownsville with a $117 million expansion in two phases and the creation of more than 130 full-time jobs.
NTT Data in Garland: NTT Data is planning a $42 million expansion of its data center hub in Garland.
Metal Finishing Solutions in Robinson: Metal Finishing Solutions announced Robinson as the location for its next facility, which is expected to create $20 million in capital investment and 80 new jobs.
Exfluor in Round Rock: Exfluor, a chemical research and manufacturing company, broke ground on a 33,000-square-foot expansion to its headquarters in Round Rock.
Rodgers Wade in Paris: Rodgers Wade, a fixture manufacturer based in Paris, Texas, announced the creation of 40 new jobs.
Orion in La Porte: Orion S.A. broke ground on a new plant in La Porte that is planned to be the only facility in the U.S. producing acetylene-based conductive additives for lithium-ion batteries and other applications
SAF-HOLLAND in Rowlett: SAF-HOLLAND, a global manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial vehicle components, announced plans to build a new manufacturing facility in Rowlett.
NanoTech Materials in Houston: NanoTech Materials opened a new Houston facility to increase production of their climate-resilient materials.
GreenTek Solutions in Stafford: GreenTek Solutions, a recycler of IT assets, will start up a second processing center near its headquarters in Stafford.
Future Technologies in Midland: Future Technologies Venture, LLC announced it is set to open a new office in Midland by May 2024.
VAR in Arlington: German-based sports technology company VAR established its headquarters in Arlington.
Everon in Irving: Everon announced a new innovation and operations center in Irving to serve as a hub of learning, innovation and industry-leading collaboration for the company.
Amazon in San Angelo: Amazon announced plans to expand its investment in Texas by opening a new last-mile facility in San Angelo.
GAF Energy in Georgetown: GAF Energy celebrated it's new 450,000-square-foot solar manufacturing facility in Georgetown.
Westa Foods in Brownsville: Westa Foods celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony for its new $25 million state-of-the-art flour mill at the Port of Brownsville.
Ryder in El Paso: Ryder System Inc. announced the opening of a new logistics facility in El Paso, designed to support growth in nearshoring activity.
Kane Robotics in Austin: Kane Robotics, a designer of robotic arms for sanding, grinding and other jobs, relocated its headquarters to Austin from California.
Eastman in Longview: Eastman will add an additional manufacturing facility at its existing site in Longview, creating more than 200 new jobs and approximately $1.2 billion in capital investment. A Texas Enterprise Fund grant of $2,040,000 was extended to the company.
Walmart in Robinson: Walmart announced a new facility in Robinson, expected to create nearly 400 new jobs and $350 million in capital investment.
Liberty Energy in Odessa: Liberty Energy broke ground on a new $50 million headquarters in Odessa where the company plans to employ up to 1,500.
Megaacrete in Kerrville: Megaacrete announced a new U.S. headquarters and manufacturing facility in Kerrville expected to create $40 million in capital investment.
AEP in Laredo: AEP celebrated the ribbon-cutting of its new AEP Texas Laredo Service Center, creating $35 million in capital investment.
SpaceX in Texas: SpaceX launched a $100 million expansion project at Starbase in Boca Chica and also relocated its headquarters from Delware to Texas.
Grainger in Hockley: Grainger will open a new 1.2 million-square-foot distribution facility in Hockley, adding 400 new jobs to the local economy.
Naturich Labs in Richardson: Producer of cosmetic products, Naturich Labs is planning to build a manufacturing facility in Richardson, expected to create $10.5 million in capital investment.
Celestica in Richardson: Celestica is set to expand in North Texas with high-tech manufacturing operations in Richardson, adding more than 150 new jobs. The company plans to invest at least $5.5 million into the new space.
Hexagone Purus in Mesquite: Hexagon Purus, a manufacturer focused on zero emission products, will bring a new facility and up to 250 new jobs to Mesquite.
LGM Pharma in Rosenburg: LGM Pharma invested $2 million in an expansion at its facility in Rosenberg.
Barrett Distribution Centers in Forney: Barrett Distribution Centers announced an expansion of its operations with a second fulfilment center in Forney. The facility will initially create more than 75 new jobs.
US Farathane Corp. in Georgetown: US Farathane Corp., a vehicle parts manufacturer and supplier to Tesla, expanded its presence in Georgetown with plans for creating new jobs.
Sysgration in Plano: Taiwan-based Sysgration, a manufacturer of tire pressure monitoring technology, industrial grade virtual reality glasses and lithium-ion green battery packs, will bring its operations to Plano.
Yerico Manufacturing in Elgin: In Elgin, Yerico Manufacturing broke ground on a new location where the company will repair and refurbish semiconductor equipment.
Ryder in Laredo: Ryder System, Inc. announced the opening of a new logistics operation in Laredo.
Orbis in Greenville: Orbis will open a new manufacturing plant in Greenville where the company will produce reusable pallets, totes and bulk containers.
StatLab in Plano: StatLab Medical Products announced a new, state-of the-art histology consumable manufacturing facility in Arlington.
iMarket America Inc. in Round Rock: iMarket America Inc., the U.S. division of iMarketKorea and a supplier to Samsung, selected Round Rock as the location for its U.S. headquarters.
Ruiz Foods in Frisco: Ruiz Foods opened its new headquarters in Frisco after relocating from California.
Techwave in Houston: IT and engineering solutions firm Techwave announced the opening of its new headquarters in Houston.
LS Tractor in Palestine: LS Tractor USA is opening a new distribution facility in Palestine.
LiquidStack in Carrollton: Data center liquid cooling company LiquidStack announced its new U.S. manufacturing site and headquarters in Carrollton.
McCoy’s Building in San Marcos: McCoy’s Building Supply celebrated the official groundbreaking of its new company retreat and expansion of its San Marcos headquarters campus.
Firefly in Briggs: Firefly more than doubled the size of its manufacturing facilities, added two new test stands and installed state-of-the-art machinery at its facility in Briggs.
Falkon Technologies in McKinney: Falcon Technologies will double its workforce at its headquarters in McKinney to about 40 total employees.
HASA, Inc. in San Antonio: HASA, Inc. announced the opening of its new package product production facility in San Antonio.
Aligned Data Centers and Databank Inc. in Plano: Two data center companies, Aligned Data Centers and Databank Inc., announced plans to expand their operations in Plano.
FreshRealm in Lancaster: FreshRealm, a provider of fresh meal solutions, announced it will relocate its California-based headquarters to Lancaster.
MPCA in Killeen: MGC Pure Chemicals America, Inc. announced a $100 million expansion to their chemical plant in Killeen, which produces super-pure hydrogen peroxide for the semiconductor industry.
XAG Group in Katy: Development firm XAG Group announced plans for a new $12 million headquarters office in Katy.
Tesla in Hutto: Tesla broke ground on a new $1.5 million investment in Hutto, expanding is tech footprint in the Central Texas area.
MSS International in Austin: MSS International, a supplier of gas sensor and piping to Samsung, selected Round Rock for the location of its new U.S. headquarters.
LG Electronics in Fort Worth: LG Electronics, a division of South Korean conglomerate LG Corp., opened a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Fort Worth for the assembly of EV charging stations.
XBiotech in Austin: XBiotech Inc. is set to expand its Texas headquarters with a new R&D facility in Austin to boost the company's Natrunix rheumatology program.
Shenmao Technology in Texas: Following its strategic expansion initiative, global solder manufacturer Shenmao Technology added a new factory in Texas along the U.S.-Mexico border.
8 Rivers in Port Arthur: 8 Rivers announced its Cormorant Clean Energy Project in Port Arthur, expected to accelerate decarbonization of transportation, industrial processes and agriculture across the Gulf Coast region.
Indusface in Dallas: Indusface, an Application Security SaaS company, announced the opening of its U.S. office headquarters in Dallas.
Graze, Inc. in Plano: Robotics and animation company Graze, Inc. relocated its U.S. headquarters and R&D center from California to Plano. The move "positions Graze at the epicenter of technological innovation, fostering collaboration and growth within the vibrant North Texas business ecosystem."
Standard Meat Company in Fort Worth: Standard Meat Company announced the construction of their fifth protein processing plant in North Texas, which will be a 166,000-square-foot plant in Fort Worth.
Assa Abloy in Plano: Assa Abloy, a Swedish firm specializing in advanced security technology, will relocate its North American headquarters to Plano.
Drake Plastics in Cypress: Drake Plastics held the groundbreaking of its new $26 million, 140,000-square-foot campus in Cypress, which will serve as the company's headquarters.
Waaree Energies in Brookshire: Indian solar product maker Waaree Energies Ltd intends to build a 3-gigawat PV module factory in Texas with an investment expected to be up to $1 billion over the next four years.
Cedar Park: Four global companies have announced expansions into the Cedar Park area, including PD Labs' headquarters office, Compedia's new facility, Plug and Play's new satellite location and Hanyang ENG USA Inc.'s new facility, which will bring a combined total of 298 new jobs and $5.3 million in capital investment.
Nike in Texas: Nike has announced plans to expand its operations with the construction of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Texas. The state’s favorable business environment, skilled workforce, and strategic geographical position were key considerations for the company.
SpaceX in Boca Chica: SpaceX is expanding its facilities in Boca Chica with plans to ramp up launch cadence and will soon build a rocket manufacturing factory called Starfactory.

Calpine Corporation in Freestone County: An expansion at Calpine Corporation's Freestone County Energy Center is expected to bring 300 new jobs and also add 425 megawatts of new, dispatchable power generation to the Texas electrical grid.
Acquire BPO in Irving: Acquire BPO, an Australia-based global outsourcer, opened its U.S. headquarters in Irving with expectations to make at least 130 new hires.
Accelerated Solutions Group in Tomball: Accelerated Solutions Group unveiled its new facility in Tomball, which is expected to create 50 new jobs for the community.
