DIY Award nomination form

Do you have a support staff who is an inspiration to their library community?  Someone who has gone above & beyond?  Now is your chance to recognize them!  Nominations are due by May 14, 2024.   The winner will be announced at the conference.
[Library staff may be nominated multiple years but previous winners are exempt]
Pro tips for attending conference:
  • Make sure you dress in layers (some rooms are warm & others cooler)
  • Bring these items if needed – a water bottle, notebook, tote bag
  • Make sure to bring your parking voucher in with you so it can be validated at the registration desk
