The 6th Street Gallery is the premiere gallery at the Art League of Lincoln, featuring 8 exhibits annually plus the ALL-i-Day Holiday gift boutique. A 2nd Thursday Reception January’s exhibit features youth art from the Lincoln community; May is our annual “Feats of Clay” exhibit, and in November the gallery is featured on the Placer Artists Tour. The Art League of Lincoln is open 11am-3pm Thursday-Sunday.


Feats of Clay Prequel

May 2 – June 2, 2024

The Feats of Clay Prequel exhibit is designed to educate the public about Feats of Clay, an event that went international nearly 20 years ago. It will be on display from May 2 – June 2.  The Feats of Clay Prequel exhibit will take you through a journey in time, of early Lincoln and Gladding McBean to present day.  Visitors of all ages are welcome to experience this immersive experience laced with historical art pieces.

Also plan to attend Lincoln’s 35th Annual Clay Day, which features artists carving clay pipes from Gladding McBean into fantastic creations, “Camp Clay” where everyone can “have fun and get dirty!”, and artisan vendors. This free family-friendly all-day event is happening on May 11 from 10 am-4 pm in Beermann Plaza.And of course, save the date for Feats of Clay, to take place June 13 – July 7!
