Pomona Wellness Community offers a place for community members to gather, find resources, or participate in wellness activities. Support includes mental health, substance use, and general health and wellness resources. All activities are FREE and open to the community.

Learn about how to eat well and be active on a budget.  A different topic each month.  Enjoy free samples and food prep/cooking demos.

Join us for a unique and rejuvenating experience that combines R&B music beats with a series of yoga poses.  This class is designed to help participants find harmony between their mind, body and soul.  Open to all ages!

Fun and exhilarating classes that will move your entire body.  With dances that range from the Mandinka Kingdom to the Songhai Empires of Africa, you will enjoy the beautiful history and culture, while experiencing an amazing workout!  Open to all ages!

Improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. 
Help with symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve your mood and social connection, and reduce feelings of loneliness.  All while having fun!  All ages welcome.

Art of Me Workshops (All Ages and Family Friendly)

Provides a supportive environment to unleash your creativity and self expression through various forms of therapeutic arts, such as collages, food art, ceramics and other artistic mediums.  No experience needed!

 

Classes are designed to help participants use art to build confidence, autonomy, self worth, and improve their ability to express their emotions, thoughts and experiences.
