BME talent is underrepresented in many professions and we offer our clients a conduit into this community. BME Promise is a recruitment and training agency specifically focused on increasing the number of black and minority ethnic individuals working within the public, private and third sector. BME Promise operates a self-sustainable model that allows it to support under-represented BME groups into all levels of employment. ‘Social Inclusion’ and 'Diversity' is about recognising and valuing peoples' differences.
Although focused on race BME Promise incorporate all nine protected characteristics when attracting talent: - age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and sex. When referring to BAME/BME recruitment this term also covers all nine protected characteristics when recruiting talent. Our employer training packages, that include accredited courses and workshops, cover a range of modules including ‘understanding stereotypes and prejudices’; ‘understanding diversity’; ‘discrimination’; ‘diversity and economic activity’, and ‘promoting diversity and combating discrimination’.

One way in which we do this is in giving our contract staff and permanent staff immediate access to our well-being practitioners (who else does this?)
