This webinar will discuss how to engage with your local Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) to help respond to nearby disasters and emergency needs. The Federal Citizen Responder Lead will discuss the CERT program and how you can locate a team in your area. He will be joined by the president of the newly formed, non-profit, National CERT Association who will speak about their role as a clearinghouse for information and finally learn about virtual training opportunities being offered by the University of Utah.
