There is a real term for this suffering and fear for our survival - climate anxiety. The question of how to turn climate anxiety into climate action is described in detail in this video. This is a practical climate action resource with detailed tips and tools. A team from the University of Bath surveyed 10,000 children and young people (aged 16-25 years) in ten countries for climate anxiety. Nearly 60% of the respondents were extremely worried about climate change and felt sad, anxious, angry, powerless, helpless, and guilty. We can make a difference in climate action via Project Drawdown and Projection Regeneration solutions.
