Meet some of the incredible team who work together to make sure our foster carers and the children in our care receive all the support they need and deserve to thrive. Foster Carer, Demelza, supports young people aged 16 to 24 and enjoys the challenges of keeping them motivated to do something constructive, as they transition out of care into supported living. Play to watch Demelza talk about her experience.
