Lawrence Atwell Charity

The Lawrence Atwell Charity supports young people from low-income backgrounds; to help them move into work, develop vocational qualifications, and improve their life chances. It provides grants through its Charities Programme for programmes of work that support young people to move into employment or become employment ready. Grants of up to £10,000 per year are available, with awards for three years open to consideration.

The charity is keen to support projects where young people attain a vocational qualification and where there is long-term tracking of beneficiaries, to establish quality outcomes.

Registered not-for-profit organisations that provide direct services to clients can apply. Annual turnover should not exceed £1m. Funding is for revenue costs only.
