Public
Safety Cadets
National
Leadership Academy
Public Safety Cadets are now accepting applications for the 2024 National Leadership Academy.
Applications are due Friday May 24, 2024!
The National Leadership Academy will be held at The US Army
Military Police School at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri.
Up to 40 Law Enforcement Public Safety Cadets will be selected
to learn how to be leaders from the best the United States Army has to
offer.
Cadets will be housed in communal barracks and eat in the Army
Dining facilities, eating the same meals as our soldiers. Physical fitness
training will begin each day, so Cadets will be expected to be physically fit
and ready to be challenged during safe but demanding activities.
Cadets will participate in leadership exercises, classroom
leadership experiences and learn firsthand from military leaders who have
exercised their leadership skills throughout their military careers. Cadets will also experience live fire
exercises or simulation target scenarios.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity that few will experience! The National Leadership Academy will guide
and shape Cadets as they become leaders, not only within their Unit or Agency,
but in all aspects of life.
Don’t let your Cadets miss out on this incredible opportunity!
