being honest not just with other but also with yourself. Admit it when your wrong. Accept the respomsibiilkity for your avtions. I believe most of the senior NCO's I served with had integrity. isn"t it a part of the NCO Creed. I beleive integrity is owed to our subordinates as well as leaders.

CMSgt Marcus Falleaf - I am a republican but will have to say that not all democrats or independents are all assholes. There are several good people who happen to be democrats. Only the extreme liberal woke leftists are the problem. I would like to add that there are several RINO republicans who should be classified as assholes too.
