12 Month Fixed Term Contract
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced administrator to join our central project management function.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the project management function, including maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, collating various project related management information (MI), reviewing information received in line with governance procedures, and updating and maintaining key databases and records. You will be monitoring regular project reporting and assisting with the production of reports to senior management and maintaining project libraries.
The primary purpose of this role is to support project delivery across the organisation. This includes controlling the utilisation of proven governance practice, tools and techniques by Project Managers and their teams, in order to ensure the rigorous and timely delivery of benefits across the organisation.
The role requires excellent administrative and interpersonal skills with the ability to use own initiative, prioritising workload to meet deadlines and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
