Researchers at the Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Policy will offer overviews on the effect of climate change on Bering Sea communities, fish, shellfish, and what may be in store with Alaska’s seasonal climate in an online briefing on Tuesday, Aug. 29.

The event will feature speakers on salmon, crab, harmful algal blooms, and the climate. Those interested in participating can register online for the event.
The Bering Science publication is a collaboration between the Alaska Ocean Observing System and the International Arctic Research Center on research happening in and around the region.
