Many people with disabilities still struggle to use health-related products and medical devices on an equal basis with others. Taking into account the competences of the European Union in this area,

• 1.Why has the Commission not included a specific proposal to increase the accessibility of medical devices and healthcare-related products in the new European Disability Strategy?
• 2.And, given the growing importance of digital solutions in health services, why is eHealth accessibility not mentioned at all in the Strategy?
