Funding allocated to Turkey for accession to the EU

Negotiations on Turkey’s possible future accession to the European Union have been going on for years and have still not yet finally been called off.

As a result a large number of funds and initiatives have been deployed over this period to comply with the various stages required for this procedure. Other funds have been allocated to initiatives the Commission has deemed appropriate in order to enable Turkey to make the necessary adjustments.

With reference in particular to monetary funding, this has been disbursed in various public and private sectors, namely Turkish civil society bodies, governmental and non-governmental organisations, and some public bodies.

In light of the above, can the Commission list, therefore, for each year of the past decade, the total amount of aid, per jurisdiction, disbursed on various grounds to the Turkish Government, public bodies, NGOs and civil society organisations in Turkey?
