Presenter Guidelines
Oral Presentations: Talks are 15 minutes in length (including time for Q&A) and should be created in PowerPoint or saved as a PDF, Widescreen (16:9) format.
Poster Presentations: Posters should adhere to the A0 Portrait print size (841x 1189 mm; 33.1 x 46.8 inches).
A priority for this workshop is inclusivity and balance in terms of national origin and career stage. We have internal funding to cover travel costs and registration-fee waivers in support of this goal—but probably not enough funding to cover everyone. As a result, the individual funding model is as follows:
- The workshop fee is normally £400.
- We are happy to waive the workshop fee for participants from low income or lower-middle-income countries (as defined by the World Bank), as well as early-career scientists without a natural source of external support. (If you are not sure if you fall in this category, just explain on the form.)
- Participants are also warmly invited to request individual travel support (including a registration-fee waiver). We may not be able to honour all such requests, and will make funding decisions based on the overall international and career-stage balance of the meeting.

Registration for the workshop includes lunches, morning/afternoon coffee breaks, evening receptions, and a conference dinner. Participants should arrange their own travel, accommodation, and other meals (see Location for more info).
