Howdy there, partner! Saddle up because I'm ready for adventure with my forever family! My name is Alma and I'm a two-year-old Catahoula mix.
I'm an energetic gal who enjoys a good run, playing fetch, and chasing after balls. Since I'm Catahoula, I'm a natural candidate for being a herd or hiking dog. I can be your fluffy herder, rounding up love and cuddles wherever we go, or your sniffing trailblazer, where every step is a tail-wagging adventure.
I would love a home with an active family that shares my love for outdoor activities and play time. I have so much more to learn and experience and I'm confident we'll be like a trusty pair of boots, always kickin' up some good times together. California law requires that all adopted dogs and cats be spayed or neutered before leaving our Animal Care Center. The animals featured on our web page are available for adoption on first come, first serve basis. We do not guarantee that animals seen on our web page will be available to adopt when you arrive at the shelter. OC Animal Care does not reserve animals for adoption by telephone or e-mail. You must come to the Center to adopt an animal and refer to the animal's Pet Identification number when inquiring.
