Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC; Notice of Petition for
Declaratory Order
Take notice that on May 26, 2020, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2) \1\ of
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of
Practice and Procedure, Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC filed a
petition for declaratory order (Petition) finding that the Commission
has concurrent jurisdiction with U.S. Bankruptcy Courts under sections
4 and 5 of the Natural Gas Act \2\ and Part 154 of the Commission's
regulations,\3\ regarding Gulf South's negotiated rate firm
transportation service agreement with Chesapeake Energy Marketing,
L.L.C., all as more fully explained in the petition.
