• 1.Did the Commission hire external counsel or expert advice, such as from investment banks, consultancy firms or law firms, to help design the proposal for a loan policy under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF)?
• 2.If so, which firms and/or experts were involved?
• 3.Can the Commission outline how much expert advice was acquired and the level of remuneration for each expert?
