SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will meet via webinar to discuss management measures for all three species. Specifically, they will discuss the ongoing Recreational Reform Initiative which considers potential improvements to the process used to develop recreational management measures. They will also discuss potential changes to the February 2021 black sea bass recreational fishery to account for recent revisions to recreational data. They may also discuss topics related to commercial management measures, including but not limited to the minimum trawl mesh sizes for all three species and an evaluation of commercial scup discards.
