This call for proposals will provide funding for a cohort of community-led pilot studies to produce new, actionable evidence about how to help medical, social, and public health systems work together to address forms of systemic racism.

The Evidence for Action program recognizes that progress toward racial and Indigenous health equity requires addressing the foundational and structural drivers that shape the conditions in which people are born and in which they grow, live, work, play, and age. This initiative seeks to build an actionable body of evidence to construct fair systems and advance racial and Indigenous health justice.
