This webinar will feature Ingrid Perez, Psy.D.  Dr. Perez is a Specialist in the Capacity Building Sector’s Community Resiliency Unit at the FEMA Caribbean Area Division.  She will focus on why some individuals are more proactive than others when preparing for emergencies along with general recommendations to consider for psychological preparedness.
