Your Views on Care and Support for Adults During Covid-19

Overview

Adult Social Care are keen to hear about your experiences of care and support since the country has been in lockdown.  As Government restrictions are being lifted, Adult Social Care are looking at ways of getting back to business as usual within the agreed guidelines.  Obviously, we would not put in place any arrangements that would put you or our staff in danger.  However, we would very much value some information about your personal experience to inform our decisions.

Therefore, the questions that follow are designed to capture your feedback.  We will then consider this and discuss it further at a future citizen engagement session with a wider audience.

The information collected through the survey is anonymous, so you cannot be identified from what you have said.
