We helped U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with the arrest of a Nigerian national at our Montgomery, Ala. office. He had an outstanding warrant for cruelty to a child and aggravated assault. Under the leadership of President Donald J. Trump and Secretary Kristi Noem, this is how we make America safe again--one arrest at a time.

We worked with Miami Dade Sheriff’s Office & Ellis County Sheriff's Office who requested his extradition. He's behind bars & America is safer!

In strong partnership with ICE, USCIS is sharing critical data and leveraging advanced analytics to support President Trump’s EO on immigration enforcement. Together, we are identifying and locating individuals without valid status to enhance national security.

With help from USCIS, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) apprehended an alien who led pro-Hamas campus protests. The arrest follows the recent U.S. Department of Homeland Security announcement on combatting antisemitism & protecting the U.S. from foreign terrorists & other national security & public safety threats.
