LTC Online Portal Dashboard Accessibility Issue Resolved

Last updated on

An accessibility issue with the Long-Term Care (LTC) Online Portal Dashboard has been resolved. Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) waiver program providers, and local intellectual developmental disability authority (LIDDA) agencies, can access the LTC Online Portal Dashboard by using the correct user permissions. To access the Dashboard, HCS and TxHmL providers should ensure the following:

  • HCS and TxHmL providers do not have the Local Authority (LA) Evaluator permission selected.
  • The LA Evaluator permission is not assigned for any of the contracts linked to the user ID, if multiple contracts are associated with the non-admin user.

Note: Account administrators cannot access the dashboard.

New users can find steps for creating an administrator account in the TMHP Account Setup for HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs Quick Reference Guide. Additional details about user permissions are covered in the Managing Your Long-Term Care Online Portal Account: A Step-by-Step Guide.

If you have any questions about accessing the LTC Online Portal Dashboard, contact the TMHP LTC Help Desk by calling 800-626-4117, selecting Option 1, and then selecting Option 7.
